Password recovery is available after you verify your account email. An enrolled authenticator remains required.

Verify your sign-in email so you can reset a forgotten password. Enter your current password, then open the email we send you.
Sharing with your manager
Your manager can see your reviewed meeting details. Keep original notes private, or choose to share them too. Turning this off prevents future access; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Two-step verification for managers
Authenticator protection
Managers must unlock team access with their password and an authenticator code. Access locks again after 15 minutes. Store recovery codes somewhere safe.
Sign in with a passkey
Browser passkeys
Use your device’s fingerprint, face recognition, or security key to sign in. Team access still requires an authenticator. Password recovery removes saved passkeys.
