From a conversation to a report
- In the iPhone app, log a meeting or plan an upcoming meeting. Follow the on-screen reminders as you speak.
- Use Organize if you want AI help, review the suggested fields, and save the meeting.
- Saving starts sync automatically. Once sync completes, sign in on the website with the same account.
- Select the reporting week ending Sunday to open its report automatically. Enter your report details and the four required counts, including zero when there was no activity. Fields save automatically as you type. Complete the required fields, then download Excel.
Reports use a Monday–Sunday week. Completed customer and prospect phone conversations count as meetings held. New opportunity value adds the amounts from the week’s completed meetings. If you enter an amount on two meetings, both amounts are included. Review the amounts and their annual or one-time context before downloading.
Your web workspace
Use Customers to browse your customer list and meeting history. Meetings shows completed meetings and upcoming plans in a searchable table. Expand a row for the full note and details, or open it to edit or delete.
Report history lists saved weeks and exact copies of spreadsheets generated with this version. Open a saved week to review it, or download an earlier generated copy. Choose Mark as submitted after you send the report yourself. Generating a spreadsheet does not send it to your employer.
Common questions
I need help signing in
Use the email and password you chose when creating your MaddyMade account. You can create an account in the app when prompted or sign up on the website. No invitation is required. Contact Neil if you need help with access.
My meeting is missing from the website
Check the sync status in the iPhone app. Saving starts sync automatically when connected; offline changes remain on your phone until sync succeeds. You can also use Sync meetings to retry. Use the same account on both devices and check the meeting date and selected report week. Unsaved drafts stay on your iPhone.
Voice input or Organize is unavailable
Check MaddyMade’s microphone and speech permissions in iPhone Settings. AI organizing needs an internet connection, a signed-in account, and your AI permission in MaddyMade Settings. You can type and edit meeting details manually.
The spreadsheet is not ready to download
Complete the Required fields shown in the report, including zero when there was no activity. Your draft saves automatically; incomplete required fields prevent download. The items at the bottom name each missing field and link straight to it. Meeting totals update automatically, and no scorecard confirmation is needed.
How do I delete a meeting?
Open the meeting in the app or website, choose Delete meeting, and confirm. The report total updates when the deletion reaches the server. Previously generated or downloaded spreadsheets are separate copies and stay unchanged.
How are customers and contacts matched?
After you enter or dictate a company name, the app can propose likely existing customers for you to confirm. You can choose a different customer or add a new one. Each customer can have multiple saved contacts; choose the person for this meeting or enter a new contact name. A suggestion does not merge customers automatically.
How do I delete a customer or contact?
Open the customer in the app or the website’s Customers section. Choose Delete customer or Delete contact and confirm. This removes the entry from active choices and keeps past meetings and reports intact. The iPhone keeps an offline removal pending until sync succeeds. Adding the same removed name again explicitly can restore its identity.
Can I deactivate my account and return later?
Yes. Save and sync your work first, then open Settings → Deactivate account in the app or website and confirm with your current password. This signs out your devices and keeps your customers, contacts, meetings, and reports. Return by signing in with the same email and existing password; this reactivates the same account. Choosing a new password during signup does not give access to an existing account. If a response is interrupted on the website, use Retry deactivation to confirm its status. Deactivating does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it separately in your Apple Account subscription settings.
How do I delete my account permanently?
In MaddyMade on your iPhone, open Settings → Delete account, or on the website choose Settings → Delete account permanently, and confirm with your password. Account deletion permanently removes your account’s cloud records and its local notes on that iPhone. Download reports you want to keep first. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it separately with Apple. See the privacy policy for data-retention and offline-copy details. Contact Neil if you need help.
