Review calls, saved reports, and opportunity totals in the sales portal. As the owner, you can switch between managers while management is unlocked.
Account management shows account details and usage totals. Assigning a salesperson to a manager gives that manager access to the salesperson’s meetings, reports, and pipeline in the sales portal.

Managers can view and export their assigned salespeople’s meetings, saved reports, and pipeline. Reassigning or removing a salesperson immediately removes the previous manager’s access. Removing a manager role also removes their team assignments.
Automatic chooses the report format from the account’s email domain. Choose a specific format to override it.
Complimentary access has no expiration and can be revoked here. Demo access lasts for a set period; updating it sets a new end date from now. Neither cancels an Apple subscription.
